How to Process a Return
- Order number (you can find it in confirmation email) or delivery note number (you can find it in the delivery note included in your order).
- Your name.
- Your telephone number.
- Pick up address (number, city, postal code, ...).
- Date and time for pick up.
Important: This option is available to customers from Peninsula and Baleares. They are excluded from this return process Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as international orders. Customer will proceed with the management in those cases.

- Once the return is received, our sales department will contact you to confirm the refund. The time for processing of return is 5-7 days since we receive it in our logistic center. This period may be higher at times of special sale.
